Last week on a ride i lost a plug on brake lever therefore all my hydraulic fluid came out! I took my bike to west end cycles thinking litespeed would'nt have part in stock. I have always taken my bike to litespeed in betws y coed as i know they do a good job.
So any way took bike bike to west end and they said the brakes needed re bleeding, and bike would be ready in 4 days!!! Picked my bike up got home had a bit of a ride around and the brakes were spongy, on closer inspection the brake pads were'nt set properly and disc was rubbing against the brake mechanism. also my spoke was broken!! i'm not sure it was broke when i took it down to west end, but i'm sure i would of noticed it before taking the bike to west end. In all it cost me 21 quid!! for a shit job!!
The bike is now in litespeed where i wish i had taken in the first place! and the bike would be ready to pick up same day.
